Enjoy a cool evening at the Jesup drive-in! One of the few remaining drive-ins in the country & the oldest in Georgia, the Jesup drive-in is a fantastic place to have some fun while staying cool! For the low cost of $5 per person, it’s an inexpensive outing as well! Grab some food from the concession stand and enjoy your evening under the stars!

Make a splash at a local splash pad, pool or water park! There is simply no better way to cool off than making a splash in a cool pool! Second Saturday block parties! Every month on the second Saturday in Bradwell Park is a free community concert. While it does start before the sun goes down, you can buy a beverage from the beer garden to cool off or explore in one of the local shops downtown while you wait. Bring a chair and spend the evening with your friends and the community listening to good music
Soak up some history!
Visit a museum! Chill in the A/C & soak up some history in one of the many museums and historic sites around Hinesville and as far as Savannah. Visit an arcade or bowling alley! This is a fun one and the whole family can enjoy. Grab a few extra bucks and head to a local arcade or bowling alley. Fang’s Island in Hinesville is a newer, local option for arcade lovers with lunch made to order. Fort Stewart has two bowling alleys on base and one even has black lighting for a fun, cosmic experience. A bit further out is Pooler’s Frames & Games– laser tag, bowling, arcade games and more!
