How long does it take to build a home?
Currently, construction timelines are set at 26 weeks from home layout to completion. Once construction is complete, an additional two weeks is required for final appraisal & builder-buyer walkthrough.
Should I schedule my movers for closing day?
Many things can affect the timeline of home construction, from back-ordered materials to weather delays. While our team works diligently on a strict schedule, Dryden Enterprises cannot guarantee a closing date & advises all buyers to plan accordingly.
What if I’d like to add a fence or blinds?
Your agent can request a quote from our design specialists in the event you’d like to add a fence to your backyard or blinds to your home. our team will provide you with the quote & wait to receive your approval or decline on the item(s). if approved a construction deposit will be required. the item will be ordered once the construction deposit has been received. Note: requests to add these items must be received no later than 30 days prior to home completion.
Who should I contact for updates?
Your agent is the best point of contact throughout the entire home buying process. At times, you may receive correspondence from our team directly, but we always encourage buyers to allow agents to partner on any questions or concerns.
Where can I get information on my utilities?
The utility information specific to your home is included with your packet provided at the Builder-Buyer Walkthrough. Dryden Enterprises guarantees water & electricity are both set up at the time of closing, additional utilities may be forthcoming however are not required to be complete at the time of closing.
