Before you start your search for your new construction home, it’s important to acknowledge what’s most important to you in a home.
One of the most common jumping-off points is home size and/or design. Dryden Enterprises offers traditional plans as well as patio home plans in a variety of sizes & layouts. Traditional floor plans offer both one & two-story layouts consisting of open concept plans, more traditional plans with 3-5 bedrooms! Our patio homes all feature 2 plans with an open concept layout on an easy-to-maintain lot with sod & irrigation in the front & backyard complete with a backyard privacy fence. Talk about turn-key!

Spec or pre-sale build?
Once you have your specifics laid out, it’s time to start your search! A great place to start your search is within our current spec inventory. A spec home is one Dryden Enterprises has already started- giving your family a jump start on construction! Our team has worked together to select a floor plan, a lot within one of our designed communities & the interior & exterior finishes. This is a great option for those homebuyers with a certain timeline in mind!
Some floorplans can be built as pre-sale builds. A pre-sale allows a homebuyer who may be interested in certain plans, the opportunity to take that plan, select their preferred lot within our communities & partner with our Design specialists to select interior & exterior finishes from our inventory!
What’s included with my home?
Each neighborhood has it’s own set of unique standard features included with the home. Some items will be featured across all neighborhoods like our Quality Builders 10-year structural warranty, while others can only be found within a specific community. Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to build a home?
Currently, construction timelines are set at 26 weeks from home layout to completion. Once construction is complete, an additional two weeks is required for final appraisal & builder-buyer walkthrough.
Should I schedule my movers for closing day?
Many things can affect the timeline of home construction, from back-ordered materials to weather delays. While our team works diligently on a strict schedule, Dryden Enterprises cannot guarantee a closing date & advises all buyers to plan accordingly.
What if I’d like to add a fence or blinds?
Your agent can request a quote from our design specialists in the event you’d like to add a fence to your backyard or blinds to your home. our team will provide you with the quote & wait to receive your approval or decline on the item(s). if approved a construction deposit will be required. the item will be ordered once the construction deposit has been received. Note: requests to add these items must be received no later than 30 days prior to home completion.
Who should I contact for updates?
Your agent is the best point of contact throughout the entire home buying process. At times, you may receive correspondence from our team directly, but we always encourage buyers to allow agents to partner on any questions or concerns.
Where can I get information on my utilities?
The utility information specific to your home is included with your packet provided at the Builder-Buyer Walkthrough. Dryden Enterprises guarantees water & electricity are both set up at the time of closing, additional utilities may be forthcoming however are not required to be complete at the time of closing.
