OVERVIEW:

The Warranty Manager will partner with the Warranty Receptionist daily for all new work orders. It is the Warranty Manager's responsibility to prioritize the importance of all work orders as they come in daily, as well as:
- Communicate with homeowners
- Schedule appointments to assess and/or repair with homeowners, & subcontractors
- Ensure completion of all work orders
- Update the Warranty Receptionist on the status of work orders daily
Required work experience and skills
- Strong time management & organizational skills are required
- Strong ability to delegate & follow up to ensure completion of tasks
- Ability to prioritize & structure work day
- Ability to work with a team as well as independently
- Customer service experience with a problem-solver attitude
- Maintain a professional & courteous demeanor with home buyers/owners, subcontractors & fellow employees
Applicants for the Warranty Representative position must have knowledge, familiarity & experience with:
- Residential carpentry & drywall work to include, but not limited to installation of trim, caulking, wall patch & repair
- Painting
- Pressure washing
- Installation of door seals, window screens & other tasks as needed to complete work orders
- Basic knowledge of home construction & be able to diagnose issues presented in work orders.
Job Requirements:
- Clean driving history
- At least 5 years of experience
- Reliable form of transportation
- General knowledge of home construction
- Ability and experience diagnosing issues within a home
- Problem solving skills
- Good attitude and team player
Additional Knowledge (not required but a plus):
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- HVAC
