As a Dryden Enterprises homeowner, you receive a 10-year structural warranty backed by Quality Builders Warranty group, as well as a 1-year workmanship warranty on various areas of construction & select finishes in your home. Specific details regarding warrantied items are covered in the Limited Warranty Agreement provided at closing for your home. For convenience, a digital version may be viewed below.

If this inquiry is an emergency outside of regular business hours, please review the contact info below. Please keep in mind, if your home is no longer under warranty or the issue was caused by homeowner negligence, the below subcontractors may require payment.

Submit a Warranty Request

Please list your warrantable item below notifying our Warranty Department of your concern. Warrantable items can be found in your Limited Warranty Agreement booklet provided at closing under the section: Warranty Standards and Coverage for Year One Only. (This section is currently on page 6.)

Once your request has been received, a member of our team will contact you to schedule an appointment to address your concerns.

All warranty appointments are scheduled Monday-Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.


We are happy to partner with Quality Builder Warranty Corporation (QBW) to provide all of our homebuyers with a 10-year structural warranty.  This warranty is composed of three parts, first year, second year, and 10-year warranty, with coverage varying among each tier.

The first year of your warranty is maintained by Dryden Enterprises and is backed by Quality Builder Warranty Corporation. This year begins on your closing date and covers defective materials and workmanship. Before your closing, you will meet with the Quality Control Rep. from Dryden Enterprises to walk through your home. At this time, you will have the opportunity to point out any blemishes on the home that your warranty will cover. We understand, however, that some issues may not be apparent until the home has been lived in for some time. After your closing, you will need to report any issue you suspect may be covered by your warranty to our warranty department.

Once your first year is complete, the balance of the warranty is backed by Quality Builder Warranty Corporation. Your ten-year warranty covers any structural defects, should they occur. In the event you need to report an instance to Quality Builders Warranty, you will visit to do so.
