Dryden Enterprises was founded by Claude Dryden in the early 1980s. A native to Hoboken, Georgia, Claude landed in Hinesville as an adult & fell in love with the small town. After spending his early career working for an established builder in the 70s & as a rural banker for AgSouth, it was a natural next step for Claude to branch out and start his own company building homes in the Hinesville area.
What began as a small company with one neighborhood quickly developed into a team comprised of a development crew, a homebuilding crew & a property management crew. Today Dryden Enterprises is building homes in Hinesville, Midway, Ludowici & Townsend. A team of 30+ employees works together to build homes for families from all walks of life! We're proud to have first-time homebuyers, growing families, those downsizing their homes & even 2nd & 3rd-generation homeowners living in our neighborhoods throughout Hinesville & the surrounding area.
