Last week, we had the best time with the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah at the April 2025 SAM Tram! Our team showcased homes in Alder Grove & Cottages on Carter with our preferred lender, Silverton Mortgage – Jesup, Georgia! The tour focused on new construction homes in neighborhoods of the Richmond Hill area. Alder Grove is conveniently situated just minutes from Interstate 95 in Midway, making for a short drive to Richmond Hill. Cottages on Carter lies closer to Hinesville, near Highway 17 with an equally quick commute to Richmond Hill. Our tour with the agents of the Homebuilders Association of Greater Savannah consisted of viewing a new plan & discussing current incentives!
