To our homeowners & renters,
As we navigate through these uncertain times & adjust to challenges brought on by COVID 19, we want to reaffirm that our commitment to our customers remains unchanged. Building quality homes at affordable prices is still our goal, as it is every day, with the health & safety of our customers, staff & the staff of our subcontractors being our utmost priority. With the guidance from the CDC & in the best interest of our customers and employees, we have decided to close our lobby to the public for the time being. This is to protect not only our staff, but visitors as well. In the event you need to contact our office please reach us at the appropriate number below. Our website continues to be a resource as well for floor plan, current home listings, apartment leasing information, FAQs & more.
We are still building homes & leasing apartments & will continue as long as we are able with that being said, the below changes have been made to our normal procedures.
- All non-emergent work orders for both homes & apartments are being documented & will be addressed with an appointment as work resumes to normal. Unless you are experiencing an emergency (significant roof leak or HVAC/plumbing issues) your concern will be documented & addressed at a later date. We appreciate your understanding with this alteration to our normal processes.
- We are continuing to show and rent apartments in the safest way possible. Please give us a call and we will be happy to walk you through the process.
- We are limiting the number of people in the homes to ensure that everyone stays safe. We are sanitizing the homes as needed during the construction process and will completely sanitize the home during the final cleaning process. The homes that are sold and completed have been locked up with their permanent lock to reduce access and protect the home.
- For the construction process to continue, colors have to be selected and questions must be answered. At this time we are striving to handle color selection via web communication and questions by phone and email. Should any in-person meetings be deemed necessary and if at all possible, those appointments will be postponed to a later date.
Should any change arise in these sectors, we will notify those affected personally & immediately. We ask that when entering our offices, visitors practice social distancing guidelines as stated by the CDC.
We are grateful for your continued business & look forward to working with you. If there is anything we can do to assist you during this time, please make us aware.
Best to you,
The Dryden team
